- Proven expertise in creative, social and media domains
- Ability to lead team and manage client deliverables
- Create and manage media budgets for all campaigns
- Brief creative teams and develop campaign creative assets
- Monitor and optimise delivery of digital campaigns
- Build and implement media plans with analytics to assess the impact of our campaigns on driving business objectives
- Work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum qualification is graduation. A post graduate degree/diploma in mass communication will be an added advantage
- Should have working knowledge of all aspects of digital communication for 5 years or above
- Ability to express creatively in English, Hindi or any other local languages such as Marathi
- Generate good content for new business pitches, government proposals
- Prior agency experience is desirable
- Create an effective campaign of brand/s on different social media platforms likes google AdWords, Facebook ads, LinkedIn etc.
- Should be good with data analysis
- Ensure effective reporting to the management
- Lead and participate in creation of business / technology related processes
